Access to the website is not free. Services are exclusively for our customers and its access is restricted.


Using the Solution provides the status of Solution user (from now on the "User") and implies the acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the service of the Solution is limited to the time when the user is connected to the Solution or to any services provided by the Solution. Therefore, the User should read carefully this Legal Notice in each of the occasions that he intends to use the Solution, since it and its conditions of use contained in this Legal Notice may change.


2. Intellectual and industrial property

All Solution contents, as text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other visual or audio, as well as their graphic design and source codes (from now on “Contents”) are property of LIFEonLive or third parties, without being interpreted as given to any user any of the exploitation rights recognized by the current legislation on intellectual property rights, except those which are strictly necessary to use the Solution.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive logos are owned by LIFEonLive or third parties, without being interpreted that access to the Solution confers any rights to trademarks, trade names and / or distinctive logos.

3. Solution’s Terms of use


3.1 General

The User undertakes to make proper use of the Solution in accordance with this Law and Legal Notice. The User will be liable to LIFEonLive or against third parties for any damages that may be caused by breach of this obligation.

It is expressly forbidden to use the Solution for injurious purposes to property or interests of LIFEonLive or third parties, or in any other way that could overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and informatics applications (software) LIFEonLive or third parties.


3.2 Contents

The User agrees to use the Content in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as other conditions, regulations and instructions that in his case could be applied in accordance with the provisions of Clause 1.

Without limitation, the User in accordance with applicable law must not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, publicly communicate, transform or modify the Content, except in cases permitted by law or expressly allowed by LIFEonLive or whoever holds the title of the exploitation rights in his case.

• Reproducing or copying for private use any Content that may be treated as software or database in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, as well as its public communication or making available to third parties when those acts necessarily involve reproduction by the User or any third party.

• Remove and / or reusing all or a substantial part of the Solution Content as well as the databases that LIFEonLive make available to the users.

• Use the contents, and in particular the information obtained through the website to send advertising messages with commercial interests, or to collect or store personal data of third parties.

3.3 User Provided Information

Without prejudice to Clause 5 of this legal notice, as well as in the privacy policy accessible from the Solution and which may be applicable at any time, the use of certain services or requests to LIFEonLive are contingent upon completion the corresponding user record.

The Solution obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Solution. Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Solution

When you register with us and use the Solution, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

3.4. Automatically Collected Information 

In addition, the Solution may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Solution.

Video and sensors data will be collected when you use the Solution. We will not share your data with other users or partners.

3.5 Real time location information

When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant info. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application. 


3.6 Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Solution?

4.1 Of Information

Access to the Solution does not imply any obligation of LIFEonLive to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, suitability, completeness and timeliness of the information provided through it.


LIFEonLive is not responsible for the decisions taken from the information provided in the Solution or for damages caused to the user or third persons because of actions that are based solely on information obtained in the Solution.


4.2 Exclusion of responsibility Of the service quality

Access to the Site does not imply any obligation of LIFEonLive to ensure the absence of viruses, worms or other harmful computer elements. Corresponds to the User, in any case, the availability of adequate tools to detect and eliminate malicious software.

LIFEonLive is not responsible for any damage caused to the computers of the users or third parties during the provision of the service of the Solution.


4.3 Of the Solution Availability

Access to the Solution requires the services and supplies from third parties, including transmission through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, and continuity and operation does not correspond to LIFEonLive. Accordingly, the services provided through the Solution may be suspended, canceled or result inaccessible, previously or simultaneously to the provision of the service.

LIFEonLive is not responsible for damages of any type produced in the User as a result of failure or disconnection of telecommunications networks that produce the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Solution while providing the same or with previous character.

5. Personal Data Protection

5.1 Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Solution and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 12 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.

Users may revoke the consent provided and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by a signed written request sent to the following address:

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.

LIFEonLive adopts the security levels required by the Regulation on Security Measures approved by the Royal 1720/2007 June. Notwithstanding the foregoing, technical security in the internet is not impregnable and can be leaks due to willful misconduct of third parties.

5.4 Use of Cookies

LIFEonLive may use cookies during the provision of the service of the Solution. Cookies are automatic procedures for gathering information related to the preferences of a user while visiting a particular website. This information is recorded in small files that are stored in the computers of the correspondent user seamlessly. Each time the user returns to the website concerned, these files are automatically activated so that the website is configured with the preferences indicated in previous visits. 6. Device permissions for Personal Data access

Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.

By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. Used for accessing the User's approximate device location. This Application may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services.

Used for accessing the User's approximate device location. This Application may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services. The geographic location of the User is determined in a manner that isn't continuous. This means that it is impossible for this Application to derive the approximate position of the User on a continuous basis.

Camera permission

Used for accessing the camera or capturing images and video from the device.

Microphone permission

Used for accessing and recording microphone audio from the User's device.

Motion sensors permission

Used for accessing the User's device motion sensors to measure the User's activity such as step counts, stairs climbed, and movement type (walking, cycling, etc.).

Phone permission

Used for accessing a host of typical features associated with telephony. This enables, for instance, read-only access to the “phone state”, which means it enables access to the phone number of the device, current mobile network information, or the status of any ongoing calls.

Precise location permission (continuous)

Used for accessing the User's precise device location. This Application may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services.

Used for accessing data from sensors that Users may use to measure what is happening inside their body, such as for instance, heart rate.

Used for accessing shared external storage, including the reading and adding of any items.
